Parking for late-night or overnight flights
For a late departure or a night-time return, the car park’s opening hours and the shuttle’s operating hours are the key questions – and they are not the same thing.
Opening hours ≠ shuttle hours
Of the 27 published private car parks, 23 state that they are open 24/7, but only 17 operators have confirmed that the shuttle runs around the clock. If you arrive at night, ask about this specifically.
If your flight is delayed
- Give your flight number when booking if the operator asks for it.
- Let them know about the delay as soon as you know.
- Ask in advance whether a late arrival means extra cost or a longer wait.
Official car parks at night
Apart from Relax Parking, you can walk to the terminal from the official car parks, so there is no shuttle wait. Check the operating hours of the Relax Parking shuttle bus on bud.hu.
