How we select and check
Our listings are meant to let you quickly compare the verifiable features of car parks. That is why we follow strict rules – we would rather leave a field empty than publish something inaccurate.
Sources
- Official car parks: public information from Budapest Airport (bud.hu).
- Private car parks: the operator’s own website, terms and conditions and contact page.
- Aggregators and directories are only used to find candidates – we never publish on their basis.
Publication rules
- A private car park is only shown if we have checked its details against its own website.
- If two entries point to the same address or phone number and it is unclear whether they are separate sites, at most one is shown.
- A feature is only “yes” if the source states it explicitly; “no” if the source explicitly rules it out; everything else is “Not verified”.
- CCTV monitoring and staffed security are separate facts, as are “open 24/7” and “24-hour shuttle”.
- We only use coordinates published by the operator.
Checks and updates
Every listing shows the date of the last check and its source. The site is static: we update the data after regular editorial reviews. If an operator states something different on its own website, that is what counts – let us know.
Order and selection
By default the list is sorted alphabetically. The homepage selection rule: the most verified data points, then alphabetical order. There is no paid placement, rating or “best” label.
